New Manuscript Submission Portal Now Live
After months of development and beta testing with selected publishers, Xpertia's next-generation Manuscript Submission Portal is now fully operational for all journals on the platform.
The new portal replaces the legacy submission system with a cleaner, faster interface designed around the real-world needs of authors and editorial teams. Key improvements include a streamlined multi-step submission form, real-time validation of file formats and metadata, co-author invitation and consent workflows, and integrated ORCID authentication for author identification.
Editorial offices will also benefit from a redesigned dashboard showing submission queues, assignment workflows, and decision history in a single view. Peer reviewers now receive clearer invitations with deadline reminders and a simplified review submission form.
The portal was developed in close consultation with journal editors and authors from our user community. Feedback from the beta phase led to over 40 targeted improvements before the public release.
