These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Xpertia Publishing website, journal platforms, submission and peer-review portal, and related services (together, the “Services”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You may sign in with an email/password, with Google, or with ORCID; each method is subject to that provider’s own terms in addition to these.
2. Permitted Use
- Access and read published content for personal, educational, or research purposes
- Submit manuscripts through our official submission system
- Create an account to manage your submissions and profile
3. Prohibited Activities
- Systematic downloading or scraping of content
- Unauthorized redistribution of copyrighted materials
- Misrepresentation of authorship or credentials
- Any activity that disrupts our services or infrastructure
4. Manuscript Submission & Peer Review
By submitting a manuscript, you represent that the work is original, that it is not under simultaneous consideration elsewhere, and that all listed authors have consented to the submission. Submissions are subject to our editorial and peer-review process, which you agree to follow in good faith.
5. Intellectual Property & Licensing
Authors retain copyright of their work upon publication and grant Xpertia Publishing a non-exclusive license to publish and distribute it; Open Access articles are published under a Creative Commons license. Full detail is in our Licensing & IP policy.
6. Disclaimers
The Services and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive for accuracy, Xpertia Publishing is not liable for errors or omissions in published content.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xpertia Publishing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we reasonably believe is harmful to the Services or other users.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Xpertia Publishing is legally registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
