Help When You Need It: The Xpertia Support Center Is Open

Good support is part of good publishing. Today we are opening the Xpertia Support Center — a single place for everyone in our community to get help quickly and clearly.

Whether you are submitting your first manuscript or running an entire journal, questions come up. The Support Center brings them into one organised channel so nothing falls through the cracks.

What we can help with

Accounts and access — sign-in, profiles, and roles.

Submissions and peer review — guidance on the manuscript workflow for authors, reviewers, and editors.

Journals and the directory — questions about a journal's scope, policies, or indexing information.

Technical issues — anything that is not working as it should.

Fees and waivers — clear answers on any charges and the support available.

How to reach us

Visit our Contact page and tell us what you need. Every request is reviewed by a real member of our team, and we aim to respond promptly and point you to the right place. Transparency and responsiveness are not extras for us — they are how trust is built.

If something in your experience with Xpertia is unclear, we would rather hear about it than have you struggle in silence. The Support Center is here for exactly that.
