Introducing the Xpertia Platform: One Home for the Research Lifecycle
Most researchers stitch their working lives together across half a dozen disconnected systems. Xpertia was built to close those gaps — bringing discovery, publishing, events, and community onto a single, coherent platform.
One platform, the whole lifecycle
Scholarship does not happen in stages that ignore one another, so our tools do not either. The Xpertia platform connects the moments that matter:
- Discover. Browse a curated journal directory, read articles, and search across everything from one place.
- Publish. Submission and peer-review workflows give authors a clear path and give editors the structure they need — rolling out to participating journals.
- Produce. A production workflow moves accepted work toward publication with quality and consistency built in.
- Convene. The Conference Hub hosts academic events, calls for papers, and full programmes.
- Connect. A People Directory links the authors, reviewers, and editors who make scholarship possible.
Technology as infrastructure, not spectacle
We take a deliberate stance on technology, including artificial intelligence: we use it as publishing infrastructure — to support rigour, consistency, compliance, and discovery — while editorial judgement always remains human. Tools should make good scholarship easier to produce and easier to trust, never harder to question.
Open by design
The platform speaks the standards that the scholarly ecosystem relies on. Our metadata is openly available through OAI-PMH, DOAJ, and KBART, so libraries, aggregators, and indexers can work with our records cleanly. Interoperability is not a feature we bolt on; it is how a responsible publisher should behave.
We are launching with a strong foundation and a long horizon. Explore the platform, and tell us what would make your work easier.
