Conference Hub: Full Launch for Academic Event Management
Following a successful pilot phase with six academic societies, Xpertia is pleased to announce the full public launch of the Xpertia Conference Hub — a dedicated platform for the management and promotion of academic conferences.
The Conference Hub provides everything an organizing committee needs in a single environment: conference profile pages, registration management, call-for-papers submission, abstract review workflows, programme scheduling, and proceedings publication directly linked to the Xpertia journal ecosystem.
Conferences registered on the Hub are automatically indexed in our searchable conference directory, making them discoverable to researchers across all disciplines. Accepted papers can be published as conference proceedings with assigned DOIs through partner journals on the platform.
The Hub has already been used to manage over 12 conferences during the pilot phase, handling more than 3,800 abstract submissions and supporting programme committees across six countries.
Academic societies, departments, and independent conference organizers are invited to register their upcoming events on the Hub. Basic listing and management tools are free of charge. Full setup information is available on the Conference Hub page.
