Xpertia Opens Its Curated Journal Directory to Readers Worldwide
The Xpertia journal directory is now open to the public, giving researchers, students, and librarians a single place to discover peer-reviewed scholarship across the disciplines we serve.
From the outset, we made a deliberate choice: to grow our directory by curation rather than by count. Each journal on the Xpertia platform is organised as an expert-led scholarly community with a clearly defined scope, transparent editorial policies, and standards-aligned metadata. We would rather be known for the rigour of the journals we host than for how many we can list.
Built for discovery
The directory is designed to help you find work that matters and trust what you find:
- Discipline-first browsing so related fields and emerging areas sit together, not buried in a generic feed.
- Clear journal profiles covering aims and scope, editorial board, policies, and author guidance.
- Standards-aligned metadata with open export endpoints (OAI-PMH, DOAJ, and KBART) so libraries and indexers can harvest our records cleanly.
- Unified search across journals and articles, available from anywhere on the site.
A growing, living directory
Our directory will continue to expand as new expert communities join the platform and as journals in development move into publication. Growth, for us, is measured in the depth and continuity of the communities we support — not in headline numbers.
Explore the directory, follow the fields you care about, and tell us which scholarly communities you would like to see represented next.
