Publication Ethics Statement

This journal is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics. We adhere to the guidelines established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and follow internationally recognized standards for ethical publishing. All submitted manuscripts undergo rigorous peer review and plagiarism checking. Authors, editors, and reviewers are expected to uphold the principles of integrity, transparency, and accountability throughout the publication process.

Author Responsibilities

Authors must: • Ensure originality of submitted work and properly cite all sources • Disclose all financial and non-financial conflicts of interest • Obtain informed consent for studies involving human participants • Confirm that the work has not been published elsewhere and is not under consideration by another journal • Acknowledge all contributors who meet authorship criteria • Maintain accurate records of data and be willing to provide access if requested

Editor Responsibilities

Editors are responsible for: • Making fair and unbiased decisions based solely on academic merit • Ensuring confidentiality of submitted manuscripts • Recusing themselves from decisions where conflicts of interest exist • Investigating and responding appropriately to ethical concerns • Publishing corrections, clarifications, and retractions when necessary

Reviewer Responsibilities

Reviewers must: • Provide objective, constructive, and timely feedback • Maintain confidentiality of the review process • Decline to review manuscripts where conflicts of interest may exist • Alert the editor to any concerns about plagiarism, data fabrication, or other ethical issues • Not use unpublished information from manuscripts for their own advantage

Plagiarism Policy

All manuscripts are screened using advanced plagiarism detection software. If plagiarism is detected: • Before publication: the manuscript will be rejected • After publication: the article will be retracted and the authors' institutions may be notified Self-plagiarism and text recycling without proper citation are also considered violations of publication ethics.

Research Involving Human Subjects

Studies involving human participants must have: • Approval from an appropriate institutional review board (IRB) or ethics committee • Informed consent from all participants or their legal guardians • Compliance with the Declaration of Helsinki and applicable local regulations The approval reference number should be included in the Methods section of the manuscript.

Conflicts of Interest

All authors must disclose any relationships or interests that could influence the research or its interpretation. This includes: • Financial relationships (employment, consultancies, stock ownership, honoraria) • Personal relationships or academic competition • Intellectual property interests • Funding sources Editors and reviewers must also declare conflicts and recuse themselves when appropriate.

Corrections and Retractions

The journal is committed to maintaining the integrity of the scholarly record: • Errata: Published for errors that do not affect conclusions • Corrections: Published for significant errors that impact interpretation but do not invalidate findings • Retractions: Published for serious issues including data fabrication, duplicate publication, or plagiarism All corrections follow COPE guidelines and maintain transparent links to the original publication.
